Super Sensory Field events

Super Sensory Field events

Athletes who have flexed their sensory muscles during the Super Sensory 1km track event can be tempted to continue to explore their abilities with our Super Sensory Field events. The Super Sensory Field events, hosted by Parallel Ambassador Jo Grace, will begin at 1:30pm in The Sensory Project's tent in the Personal Development Zone of the Free family festival and be available for you to dip into until the Festival closes at 4pm. Inside The Sensory Project's tent you will find a wealth of simple sensory experiences to pit your sensory abilities against. Each experience will be offered to you by a volunteer who has particular insight into the sensory system they are stimulating. Experiences can be simply encountered and enjoyed as an exercise in pure sensory engagement or you can choose to extend the experience by taking on one of the challenges found on the sensory menu cards on each table. There will be something for everyone to explore and The Sensory Project's volunteer team cannot wait to meet you!
