Accessible fun run

All ages and abilities. No cut off times.
Everybody running side by side.

We are a fully accessible fun run that brings everyone together.
Whatever your age or ability, we hope you’ll join us on Sunday, 3 September 2017.


Parallel London is designed for all abilities and ages. There’s no cut off times and everybody can run together, side by side. Everybody will be given time to finish the race. We will provide free chip timers so you can record your time and aim to beat it next year.


The 10km will set off at 10.00am from the black start area
The 5km will set off at 11.00am from the blue start area
The 1km will set off at 11.30am from the orange start area
The 1km Super Sensory Run will set off at 12.00pm from the yellow start area
The 100m will set off at 12.40pm from the green start area


Participants who require a helping hand can bring a friend or family member on the course. Here are our minimum age guidelines for those who require assistance: 100m = 1+ years 1km = 6+ years 5km = 9+ years 10km = 13+ years


We welcome all kinds of mobility aids on the course, please contact us if you have any questions.

Bring a buddy

All participants who need a helping hand are invited to bring a friend of family member to accompany, guide or push them free of charge.


When you purchase your place at Parallel London 2017, you are automatically entitled to a free t-shirt, chip timing, goody bag and finishers medal.
